Tourvest Incentives, Meetings & Events are an accredited Professional Conference Organiser providing national & international congress management services to international and local associations, conferences and congresses. Our scope spans diverse sectors from Science, Medical, Natural Resource, Academia, Engineering and Technology to Business and Tourism.

Our professional team possess the passion, knowledge, technology and hands-on experience required to deliver successful results on-time and within budget no matter the size of the conference or the number of delegates.

PCO

What is a PCO?

PCO’s can typically work as consultants for Academic and Professional Associations. They usually provide Full Service Management for Conferences including Conference Design, Abstract Management, Program Development, Online Registration, Venue selection, Audio-visual and IT, Logistics, Marketing, Website services, Sourcing Speakers, Funding, Sponsorship and Exhibitor Sales, Financial Management and Budget Control.

Our role as your Professional Conference Organiser

With over 50 years of experience in Professional Conference Management, our objective is to assist the Organising Committee in making the planning process and execution of the Conference as seamless and successful as possible. Having a vast, varied network of suppliers where relationships have been built over many years, we facilitate all negotiations and contractual administration from hotels to transportation, entertainment and venues.

DMC

What is a DMC?

A Destination Management Company oversees the logistics and arrangements for an itinerary that occur within a specific locale. DMCs are usually specialised in a certain destination and maintain relationships with local tourism product suppliers.

How we can assist your association as your preferred DMC?

We are privileged to have two fully operational offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg, but our partnerships within our holding company, gives us a strong global reach. Tourvest IME has the resources to manage all the transportation requirements as well as a dedicated Housing Bureau for all delegate accommodation needs.

Through the Tour Guide Academy and learnership programme, we contribute to skills development and job creation, as well as to the Tourvest Travel Services family itself. We aim to make a lasting and measurable difference in the quality of people’s lives. We activate this through community-based programs centered around education, sport and the promotion of basic human rights in all forms.

We are responsible for the environment and are committed to treading lightly on this earth by reducing carbon emissions, recycling wherever possible and pro-actively giving back through initiatives such as planting trees as part of a reforestation project in the Western Cape and are actively involved in the war against rhino poaching and promoting suppliers practising ethical and sustainable tourism.
