What is a PCO?

 PCO’s can typically work as consultants for Academic and Professional Associations. They usually provide Full Service Management for Conferences including Conference Design, Abstract Management, Program Development, Online Registration, Venue selection, Audio-visual and IT, Logistics, Marketing, Website services, Sourcing Speakers, Funding, Sponsorship and Exhibitor Sales, Financial Management and Budget Control.

 Our role as your Professional Conference Organiser

 With over 50 years of experience in Professional Conference Management, our objective is to assist the Organising Committee in making the planning process and execution of the Conference as seamless and successful as possible. Having a vast, varied network of suppliers where relationships have been built over many years, we facilitate all negotiations and contractual administration from hotels to transportation, entertainment and venues.


What is a DMC?

 A Destination Management Company oversees the logistics and arrangements for an itinerary that occur within a specific locale. DMCs are usually specialised in a certain destination and maintain relationships with local tourism product suppliers.

We are privileged to have two fully operational offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg, but our partnerships within our holding company, gives us a strong global reach.
