Our highly skilled Project team is ready, willing, and more than able to commence work on the Conference, at a moment’s notice. We conceptualize and manage all requirements during the planning of the Conference. We consider all elements which may influence the efficiency of delivery including staffing, signage, technical assistance, and security personal. Managing all suppliers to ensure that the event setup is as agreed upon.
Tourvest IME provides a full Financial Management service, with an in-house Finance Manager and Accountants managing both the income (Delegate, Sponsorship and Exhibition sales) and expenditure processes including the raising and distribution of invoices for the registration fees, processing and recording all registration payments, issuing dues letters and following-up on outstanding dues.
Tourvest IME will have joint management of the Sponsorship process with guidance from the Organising Committee. This includes; the compilation of a Sponsorship Rights Package and Sponsorship Proposal to submit to potential sponsors as well as completion of grant application forms, liaising with and managing sponsors and ensuring compliance with the packages offered to sponsors.
We have an in-house Graphic Design team who develops artwork for all of the conference needs. This starts with the design and development of the Conference Corporate Identity and is followed through to all collateral including the programme, banners and name badges.
We use a cloud-based event software solution – Events Air, designed to seamlessly integrate with customer relationship, travel and e-commerce management systems. This system allows for optimum communication by creating targeted emails to all delegates thereby increasing productivity and convenience through a sophisticated variety of online tools – all done using real-time inventory data.

We are privileged to have two fully operational offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg, but our partnerships within our holding company, gives us a strong global reach. Tourvest IME has the resources to manage all the transportation requirements as well as a dedicated housing Bureau for all delegate accommodation needs.
