On behalf of Ford and myself, I wanted to thank each and every one of you, and your teams, for all you did to make the event such a huge success.  Time was not on our side from the start and there were many, many long hours and late night conversations to get there but we did it.  Working with you all as a team made it so much easier and your professionalism and can do attitude was greatly appreciated.

Our guests were very happy throughout the entire event with the smooth management of flight bookings, hotel bookings as well as transfers. As former Chairman of the International Water Association’s Water Loss Specialist Group I am happy to confirm that Tourvest was selected as our main conference organizer for the Waterloss Conference 2018, and that they were instrumental in organizing and facilitating an excellent event. Our conference attracted almost 500 delegates from over 50 countries and was held at the Century City Conference Centre in Cape Town in May of 2018. The event was a great success and was very well received by all delegates. The event was very well organized and the entertainment was excellent with great attention to detail. Security and provision of medical care was also handled by Tourvest and there was no incidence of theft or other issues. Even the threat of the “Day-zero” water crisis did not cause any problems to the organizing team.
